Turns out that IS one of those new little scramble areas Jim.  Turns out that is completely legal, confirmed by Amanda at DNR.

Good to hear Paul, thanks for verifying that!  We didn't get to it but there is another similar looking area(based on the map) that is called Uncle.  Will check that out the next time we get a chance.  Maybe we can even get the Yellow TJ over there for an afternoon, seems it's right in their back yard.  ;)  Will post some pictures and videos when I get a chance.
