They will be closing at about 5PM so if you get there at 6 pm you ain't getting in. Better call Gary Pringle at 810-240-5633
So we will try to be there by 3:30-4:00 and start getting ready. What doesn't get done will have to be finished in the morning.
Odds are we'll be there about 4 also.
Assuming nothing crazy comes up on Wednesday, I can probably be there by 4:00 as well.

See change of time to 3:330 If possible out by 5-ish. Does that still work for you?

The club was going to purchase donuts, etc. so that members would be in a better position to donate to the Foodbank. If you want to substitute canned goods or cash for the foodbank that would be awesome. Of course, if you want make a donation plus bring the pastry, that would also be welcome. Coordinate with Wendy, I think she is buying the donuts.
Looks like our clean up crew is a little thin, but our early morning crew is solid. Jonathon and I are going to sleep in and stick around to break down and clean up, dinner @ Gramma's is not until 3pm
I will be there for take down also I'll bring my heater

So I just re-read the setup time and there is no way that we can make it there before 5 so....Not sure its worth having us come. We will be there early Thanksgiving morning though. I'm sorry. I should have read that closer.
I do have a Reddy heater if you want me to bring it, let me know.
I will bring mine Al I will be there all day and it looks like you are leaving at 10am
Just noticed the set up time got switched I maybe a little after 3 closer to 4 if I end up working all day.
Sorry for the late notice but we will be there about 8 to noon to help with whatever needs to be taken care of
I just got out of work, and need to head home to get some rain here. I should be there before 4 o'clock.

Sorry to be a let down but I was on my way there and the radiator in my Jimmy just blew the side tank off. Once I get it hauled back home. If it's not to late I jump in the Durango and head back out very sorry.
I know I'm a lot late ... but I am shooting to be there at 10 tomorrow depending on the condition of the wife ... we are having family dinner here tomorrow and with the passing of her brother I dont want her to be overwhelmed with trying to prepare dinner for everyone .
