We got the motor out and on the floor in less than 4 hours.  Right now I am at home, but I will pry go over later tonight and swap the flywheel and such onto the motor, swap the fuel rail, start stripping my old motor down to take to scrap.

Thanks to Doug and Matt for their help today, thanks to Neil for letting me spill coolent all over his garage and get his tools all greasy :-P
