Do they make a locker for your IFS, or do we get to swap a solid axle into it??

yes they do make the lockers for the kj.  The ones that Ed is thinking of is by Powertracks called no slip.

My Aussie was a pretty simple installation (except when I freaked out when the directions said "remove the diferential from the carrier) the Power Trax is a similar drop-in unit.  Shouldn't be too bad.
