All in all real happy with it, I will have to drill and re-tap 2 holes I pulled the threads out when installing it.. But it fits nice and tight...

Well as for CB issue that's been figured out(thanks Paul) I have to re-rought the CB wire so it's not rapped around the Air-Bag controlor.
