Wow! Who left the comment at the end of the article, on the link above? Can someone say bitter? Congratulations on the article. It is nice to see the sport get any media coverage.

It was in last Thursday's Flint Journal on the cover page of the Auto Section.

We didn't write the article.  They asked questions and wrote it up themselves.  There are some misquotes as to who said what, (we were all talking at once sometimes during the interview so we can see where that might have happened) and there were some mispells but it is all good.  The point still got out there.  We are just thankful to be in the paper supporting the sport and the shop.

if i were miss quoted, i would make sure it was corrected by the editor in a follow up, quotes are supposed to be YOUR words, not the writers

What I meant was, we were all talking at the same time at times during the interview.

So the misquote was more directed at who said what rather than what was said.  The points were still made and everything that was said did make it's way into the article in one form or another.

We are still thankful for the opportunity to have had the chance to do the interview.
