Got it all finalized this morning, now a proud owner of a 2004 WJ w/ a 4.0L, 98k on the ticker. The ZJ was on it's dying leg. Dealership took it as a trade in, and swapped the tires off the ZJ (the Treadwright ATs).
Driving it up to the Flint area I discovered the windows didnt roll down... (shame on me... it was 100* out when I test drove it). Stopped by Matt's and we traced it to a broken wire in the driver side door hinge. Fixed it, everything is in order (thanks again Matt!)
