Yeah, I happened to find those two who were already going out so it worked out very well. I love the Jeeping community!

I was very surprised at how sandy it was up there. I'm starting to learn how little of Michigan I've experienced. It was crazy to see the drastic terrain change between St. Helen and West Branch.

The ridge grapplers outperformed me. They tackled everything I threw at them except one sand hill but that's because I had accidentally locked my max gear in first  ::) I had them aired down to 15psi and was very happy with them. If I was more experienced, I might find their limits but chances are these will out before that happens.

Awesome, I've heard nothing but good things about those tires. They are high up on my list when it comes time to go bigger.

Awesome, looks like you found a couple other Jeeps to wheel with! Lots of sand - how did your Ridge Grapplers do? Any slipping?

Unfortunately I can't make it out there this weekend... But definitely post some pictures if you do end up wheeling!

Warn is amazing, especially if you can afford their higher end USA-made stuff. I'd look for a winch with good water and dust intrusion protection. IP-68 rated if possible.

This card was given to me a few weeks ago by another club member who mentioned this guy builds his own gears and is also a Yukon reseller. I have no personal experience with this guy but he came highly recommended!

Well, I ordered the 3.1s but Teraflex decided to dropship the 3.3s. I decided to go the honest route and let them know. I work in e-commerce so I anticipated their response and like I assumed they said to keep them as they didn't want to deal with return shipping and then shipping out the correct new set.

Needless to say, they've earned my loyalty.

Wow that's awesome! That's about $400 worth of free upgrade.

Ken, I plan on making it to the meeting. Thanks for posting the details.

My wife and I travel to TN a few times a year for hiking and now to go trail riding so that works perfectly.

Looking forward to seeing everybody on the 8th!

Hopefully I'll have my new wheels/tires soon so that I can get this installed... Just Empty Every Pocket is all too real.

You have good taste! Which Falcons did you end up going with?

Oh ok. I think I remember seeing your brush guard and thinking about whether I could make a brush guard look that good on my Jeep. Do you have a big 5th wheel parked next to your house? I always see a nice looking Jeep and 5th wheel on a house in that area when I drive by.
That's me. 🍺
Jen drives the Rubicon daily. The Grand is usually at Jason's.
I spotted ya again last night on my way home, was getting jeep parts at the auto zone at Wixom & GR..... you were waiting at the light...lmao.

That's funny.. of the probably hundreds of times I've driven by your house and looked at your JK, I've never realized there was a WLB sticker on it until Friday night after this post.
