Quote from: "LPM606"Welcome to forums! You may be the first 3-Jeep person I hae seen.  Look forward to wheeling with you sometime!

Haha, there's a reason why. I have had the TJ since new and it's worth much more to me than I could get if I sold it. Thing is, when you start a family, a 2 seat Jeep on 35s doesn't cut it, so I got the JK and installed a third row of seats. I always wanted an RV, and when this opportunity to get a Jeep one came along I couldn't turn it down. My two previously owned Jeeps were toys when I was single.

Good to hear.  I am currently in discussion with another restoration company that may do the whole thing together, which would be a blessing, but its looking like I am going to be giving Unlimited a call.  Here is a picture of the Jeep in its current condition.

Thanks, I will check them out!  Has anyone had work done on an older Jeep there?

The Lounge / Jeep shops in Michigan?

Hello everyone, my name is Seth Levy.  I have been a Jeep enthusiast for years and just bagged my latest prize, a rare 1969 CJ-5 camper, one of only 300 something made by the factory.

It is in dire need of restoration, and since this one is for my family I do not trust myself to do the job adequately.  I am bringing it to a reputable camper restoration company in Jackson Michigan to be fixed up, however they only work on the camper portion of the Jeep so I need to find another company to work on the actual CJ.  I would prefer for them to be around the Jackson/Detroit/Kalamazoo area so that the two can work together when needed.  Do any of you have any recommendations?

Thanks for your time and pardon the intrusion!  I hope my first time out with the newly restored CJ Camper will be on a Michigan trail with you guys!

Hello all, my name is Seth and I have an addiction... to Jeeps!  I joined this forum for a specific reason (see my post in the general forum) but hopefully when my project is finished my first trip will be on a wonderful Michigan trail with some people from this site!
