Jane and I along with Mark and Wendy attended.  Pretty good turnout, they ended up with 74 Jeeps.  They are an informal club(Twisted Metal Jeeps) and just use their Facebook page to plan outings.  I passed out several spotted cards to some people that really sounded interested in WLB.  They had a lot of raffle prizes and a 50/50 raffle.  All proceeds went to Ronald McDonald House.  Lot of nice Jeeps(YJs and V8s).  Good Outing!

Hey Rook,

Nice to see your post and interest in our club.  My name is Jim and we joined the club for all of the reasons that you have mentioned.  We have really enjoyed all of our many outings and camaraderie.  My wife(Jane) and I live in Laingsburg and I work in downtown Lansing.  Let me know if you want to ride along sometime to a meeting.

Jeep on!!!

The Lounge / Why not?
April 27, 2015, 11:41:03 AM
Came across this strange site yesterday morning while going to breakfast.
Jane's nephew recently purchased a driving range and their range tractor was broke down so he improvised for the first mowing of the season and used his girlfriend's Wrangler to pull the recently purchased gang mower around the 15 acres.

He said it worked out great!

Why not mow with a Jeep?

Talked to Ron at R&V this morning and they are holding people up from entering the trails until 11am.  This gives his staff time to put the eggs out(several thousand) and makes it so no one can get out early.  Fees are as I indicated in the earlier post.
Anyone else interested in going?
