Hi all,

Im new to the site, and pretty new to jeeps. Im located in davison, and am very interested in coming to a meeting!

I have a 94 zj, stock at the moment, and just bought a set of soft 8's and some retreads from treadwright. Going with a simple BB for now, but probably the IRO 3.5 after Christmas.

Anyway, its good to find some locals.

We have a few members from out in the Davison area. Just out of curiosity, how did you find the info on the club?

I went looking for local clubs on jeepforum. I was really excited to see that there was one so close. Im also pretty pumped that you guys meet on sundays, which is the only day that im not tied up.

Welcome to the Forums! We do have cluster of members right in/around Davison so you will be right in the middle of the action. Hope to see you at the meeting in October and think about making it to our fall color tour the weekend of the 16th & 17th of October.

Barring some emergency, I plan on attending the meeting next Sunday. As far as the fall trip, I wont be able to make it... I play in a local cover band every weekend and it very hard to get time off. If I don't show, three other people don't get paid. I have to plan ahead and get a sub, which is entirely possible for future events.

Home-brew for sure. I'm knee deep in a Hard clove cider with a dry wine yeast. i think it's going to come out like a woodchuck 802 dry. Unfortunately i couldn't make it this past weekend, my 3 month old son had a fever, and i just didn't feel right leaving.

I was certainly bummed.
