My brother has someone at work that is in need of a spare tire/rim for his '83 CJ.
The specs are: 31 x 10.50 x 15" 5 x 5 1/2".
If you have something that may work for him please post it up here and I will let him know.
I have that full set of four rims from my '78 - I will have to check the bolt pattern tonight and the backspace / offset. no tire though.
