1.  Park it in the front yard
2.  Place oscillating sprinkler under Jeep
3.  Turn on water
4.  Wait 6 hours
5.  Turn off water
6.  Move Jeep

Lowes has a great electric pressure washer for under $200.00.  I use mine all the time.
