Looks like a Neil Jeep, except for the color.

And when you hang up on one of those steps and rip it clean off the frame, let me know - I have a spare set in the garage.

You got a spare set? Wanna get rid of them?!?!?! One of the ones I got from Neil has a chunk missing in the front...
