need an extra hand

My new lower control arms came in and I'd like to install them but my garage is pretty full.  I also could use a lift. Anyone want to make a morning out of a little bit of wrenching?  I'll supply foods and maybe a good dark ale or 2

All I can lend you is the hands.  When are you thinking of doing it?  I don't have a lift though.
