Clunk Clunk Clunck goes the Jeep

my jeep is making a wicked clunk that i can hear and feel in the clutch peddle when i hit a bump or even slightly at idle... I checked the bolts connecting the bellhosing to the trans, no movement there, is it safe to assume my clutch is going bad.... or might there be something else... It happened after I wheeled Sat.

So tonight on my way to Matts house I think my transmission "shifted", I can no longer get it in 1 and 2nd gears and when im in 5th and Reverse, it seems really left compaired to where it was. WTF!?
