Super friggin tight, battled it for 2 hours.  The final zipper pull where the rear window joins the right rear window ended up with a zipper that ran right off the end.  Taking it back apart to try and get the zipper back on netted a torn belt rail on the right rear window.  Quadratec is sending me a new one, so we'll try this again, hopefully with better results this time.

You didn't try doing this in the pole barn, right?  Nice, warm sunny day with the top sitting in the sun for a couple of hours.

Did it outside in the sun, gonna try it again as soon as the new one shows up.
