OK thank you Dave I wired my Brake controller into it so it will have working brakes. I wanted to have the Tahoe done for this trip but it's not going to happen.

I plan on going.wont have my Tahoe done in time to pull the trailer but I figure something out. Do you guys think a Durango with a 4.7 will pull a 18'  trailer and yj

Sorry to be a let down but I was on my way there and the radiator in my Jimmy just blew the side tank off. Once I get it hauled back home. If it's not to late I jump in the Durango and head back out very sorry.

Tech Talk / Re: Junkyard TBI

It wasn't bad to do. I like it because this way it controls timming and the Howell kit is fuel only. I took my hei out and used the AMC duraspark distributor with a gm tbi coil. It was a little time consuming but not bad.

Tech Talk / Junkyard TBI

For anyone else running a carbed 258 I just got done with the swap and it runs great. I won't post a big write up but I got my info from Busted Jeep.com and Binder planet. Its a pretty easy swap and for about 300.00 to 350.00 I have TBI and no more carb to mess with if you have any questions I have all my notes and information still. Thanks

I started todo a TBI swap and intake gasket wound up with a craked intake and a cracked exhaust manifold. Tbi swap was going good though.  :)
