I am leaving Friday night after work, camping at Ostego Lake State Park.

Anybody else have firm plans?

Would anybody be driving up as a group Saturday morning or anything?  Is everyone from What Lies Beyond going to meet at the Gas Station at 10:00 as described on the Great Lakes website?   Do we try to get together as group or just mix in with everyone?  Sorry, I've never been out like this, and I'm not sure what to do...

How will we even find you?

I am staying at the nearby state campground - unless the State locks it up when they run out of money (lol).  The general plan is to meet at the gas station, grab a coffee, wander around trying to find someone you know and not look too obvious, then head out with the group.  Works for me every time.

I'll be in my wife's silver LJ w/mall crawler light package and big GLFWDA magnets on the door, we'll be looking for you.

I believe we will be just taking my wifes green yukon. Not sure what time we are taking off from flint area Saturday morning yet.

Change of plans - with the impending State shutdown, I made reservations at Beaver Creek Resort (indoor pool, hot tub and put-put golf) for the weekend.

Yea, unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it out there this weekend. Theres heavy duty politics running around my house right now, and who knows what'll happen by the weekend...

i may make it after all.....
haven't torn the RMS out but i think it'll hold out...not sure if daughter is having a slumber party this weekend or not, but i may be able to slip out either way!!!
