The front is going to take awhile to do.  The rear is easy.  Air tools are a must for this lift.

Step six in the instructions say "with the struts removed, grind or cut the  unthreaded stud end off the top of the stud"

I take it someone out there has the tools for this? Also a strut compressor?

We will be posting a wrench fest with in the next couple days or so.  We are looking into tires so we can do it all at once.  Any reccomendations for 265/70/R16?  There don't seem to be that many in that exact size.  We do see a lot at 265/75/R16.  Will that really make a difference?

the 75's will just be a bit taller. But not by much.

I would bet the 75's would be fine. But i can't say for sure on this one.

Advance Auto will "loan" you a strut compressor for free - the catch is you pay for it when you pick it up, they refund your money if you bring it back in 30 days.  But if you don't abuse the tool, and get it back on time, they refund 100% of the amount you paid.

I thought the 75 was the width, and the 265 was the height ??

75 % of 265 is the side wall, thats why 60s are wider than 70s

With a 2.5 inch spacer lift you are not going to fit 265/75/16's without some serious trimming.  I had to do some minor trimming with 255/70/16's.  I'll post up some pics with those size tires and the 2.5 inch Daystar spacer lift.
