Laura Kota Patterson and I had the privilege to go out with the "What Lies Beyond" for their 2017 Snowbound Run up and around Camp Grayling. Very thankful for the adventure that Ed Schroeder provided by being our trail leader. What started as a beautiful blue sky day ended up in total white out snow storm with three of our rigs strapped to each other attempting to pull Ed Schroeder rig through the snow drifts. Due to storm that came in at the end of the run we did abandoned his rig just off the trail and his club members assisted him the next day with the recovery..that is what makes memories in the world of "Off-Roading".

RCV Performance would be your friend in that arena and I'm sure Adams group would be willing to assist you.  We have RCV up front on Big Blue after we had Unlimited install the Dynatrac ProRock 44 up front.  We met their main sales rep when we did the All-4-Fun event in Colorado and wheeled with him the whole week...it was impressive seeing the insides of the RCVs..highly recommended.  Glad you got her home, felt bad leaving her out there but the conditions went from blue sky to white out really quick.

Laura and I wanted to thank Paul for inviting us to Grayling for Snowbound this weekend.  We went with Ed on the run to the north that ended up as an adventure.    Hopefully he was able to recover his rig this morning as we had 3 rigs strapped together pulling his rig along the deep snow drifted trails until we left it as a snow storm took a beautiful day into white out conditions.  Was cool seeing the A-10s fly near us too...We had a blast and appreciate the invite.  I  took 455 photos that I will be going through after we get home and unpacked.  Once the photos are ready I will post again.

Thanks again for replying.  My wife and I had a great time last winter at Operation Snowbound II..totally understand about downsizing.  Either way...thanks for being a great host last year and if you guys decide to host another event in Grayling to the public I'm sure we would come...see ya on the trails!

Thanks for the reply.  My wife and I both had our rigs at the last one and had a great time, hoping to wheel in Grayling this winter again.

Seemed like November 1st was the date for all of the snow Jeep events and didn't see anything online if there will be a Operation Snowbound III.  Will there be another Snowbound event for this winter?  Thanks in advanced...Tom
