My guess was 6/13 as well but after Janines visit to the doctor they told us that if he doesn't move out on his own before the 17th that he is getting evicted. :lol: So it looks like if they induce on the 17th that he will probably be here on the 18th so Neil may be the winner on that one, we will see.
Did I mention that the prize in the pool is the winner gets to build me a new front bumper? :D
