I just want to take a moment to thank all the Veterans and Current Military People in here.  Without you all we would not have the greatest country in the world.  Today is your day, enjoy it, for you have certainly earned it.  For all of those still deployed into harms way, we think about you and include you in our daily prayers.  Come home safe.

our reverend did a great "with the children" today about Veteran's Day:  what it means, who it represents, and why it is important.  He started out with a picture of one of our church members currently serving in Iraq, then showed a picture of the grave of one of our members who died in combat, and ended with asking all of the veterans in attendance at church today to stand up and be recognized for their service.  It was awe inspiring.


Thanks for all that you do.  Our family continues to pray for the safe arrival home of all who are currently serving abroad.
